When can I buy the official Seattle jersey?
The official team jersey is not available for sale at this time. Information will be available at NHL.com/Seattle. You can also sign up for e-mail newsletters to be notified when jerseys are available for purchase.
How long will Release the Kraken charity merchandise be available for sale?
This exclusive charitable merchandise offering is only available for the next thirty days. You will be able to purchase Release the Kraken merchandise through this website until August 21, 2020 at 11:59pm (PDT) after which it will no longer be available.
What other locations will have Release the Kraken and Seattle Kraken merchandise for purchase?
While this is the only place to order Release the Kraken merchandise, we are excited that we will be opening a flagship retail store in downtown Seattle. Details of the location and grand opening of the store will be announced shortly. Please sign up for e-mail newsletters to be notified when the public grand opening is.

What is the best way to check on the status of my order?
Your order will take 2-4 weeks to ship. The best way you can check status of your order is by logging in and checking your order history. You can also email us at NHLSeattlestore@bdainc.com and we will provide you with the most current updates.
My item is defective or damaged. How do I contact you?
Please contact our customer service team by email at NHLSeattlestore@bdainc.com and we will be happy to help you replace or refund your purchase.
What is the return policy when ordering online?
All regular priced items purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the item is unworn, and all original tagging is still attached to garment.
Can I cancel my online order?
If you no longer want part or all of your order for any reason, please email our customer service team as soon as possible at NHLSeattlestore@bdainc.com and we will assist you.
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order.

How to Shop
Shopping at the Release the Kraken Store is easy. You can place orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Click on login and register if you are a new customer and just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart.
To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.
You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.
When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each.
- In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
- Pre-Sell: This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
- Back Order: The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding back-ordered items, please email customer service at NHLSeattlestore@bdainc.com.
